Remodeling and Additions

This 100 year old farmhouse is north of Rice Lake. In the first stage of this project we added a 26X24 finished garage and a 24X30 addition between the garage and existing house. The new addition consisted of a master bedroom suite with a tiled walk in shower, whirlpool tub, and his and her walk in closets. Also, in the addition a laundry room with a half bath was added. Next we remodeled the existing home. This included for each room skim coating the walls and ceiling, texturing, painting, installing new arched top oak doors, oak trim, and new flooring. Custom built oak entertainment center and custom oak cabinets were built and installed. On the exterior of the home we installed new shingles, windows, doors, and siding. Added fieldstone to the chimney and front of the house. We also added 6' to the living room off the front of the house.
