Remodeling and Additions

We worked closely with the homeowners to preserve the original character of this 1940's cabin while expanding the square footage and including some modern updates.  With this 1940's cabin on Prairie Lake we added a 33' X 20' second story to it included a master bedroom, full bathroom, and a spare bedroom.  On the existing first floor we redesigned the lake side wall to capture the full view of the lake with larger windows.  The first floor layout remain the same with a full bath, two bedrooms, dining room, living room, and kitchen.  Changes included new countertops, light fixtures, flooring, paint, repositioning of the fireplace, removing walls to open up the kitchen, dining room, and living room.  Exterior changes included the second floor addition, Marvin Integrity windows, new roof, gable trim, and Heart Tec siding
